Tmobile - Inadequate Service. and Poor Customer Relations
Phone Service and Incompetant Upper Management - Complaint
STEVENSON, WASHINGTON -- I was sold a phone that was suppose to have wifi since I explained to the sales person I do not get regular service where I live since I had moved a few months prior. I had been with the company over 8 years. The phone they sold me did not work and after several months of fighting with them and having phone after [none replaced with the same phone that had the same hard ware problems/ I asked to have them provide me with an equivalent phone that worked.
I had to have a working cell phone since I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes for my safety and my unborn child/ They told me that is not their problem and refused to make it right unless I paid for a new phone and renewed a contract for a service they were not providing with no guarantee.
So I cancelled my service and paid phone fees. Then I have been paying each month the remainder of the cancellation fees. They have received 150.00 and I just received a collection notice from Southwest Credit over the last 50.00 that had been mailed out 07/18/12 they received and cashed the other payment on 07/02/12. This company is horrible and I WILL STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from signing up with them
