The Tower - Complaint
CLERMONT, FLORIDA -- I sent a letter to your company and have not received any response. For 3 years I've been having trouble with the service. My spelling is not good. If you look at your computer records, you will see the new towers that have gone up, have blocked your towers because I did not get service. So, you broke the contract.
I have my bank on a dispute claim to get my money back. I have my lawyer checking this out. I was hoping we can settle this out of court. I am 56 years old and I don't need this. They did not tell me I was signing a new contract to try to solve the problem. I sent the day I received the phone had same problem. I sent my phone back, so you broke the contract. They wanted me to keep the service and pay for service I was getting. I don't want to take this to the news, we have a channel to solve problems on the news. Please resolve this.
