Pensacola Honda - Terrible customer treatment

PENSACOLA, FLORIDA -- I recently bought a used car from Pensacola Honda and bought what I thought I could possibly pay that would not take me a lifetime! I got there and the car that I had seen on the internet was not exactly as described! Features I thought were on the car didn't actually exist. I still bought the car, but had asked that the key fob be replaced since it was broken and for the missing floor mats to be replaced. I had to come back the next day to finish up the paperwork. When I returned to give them the check I found out that they wouldn't replace the key fob and brought me tan color floor mats to go in a car that had black interior because that is all they had. When I inquired about the why they couldn't replace the key fob, Robert in finance, told me they don't do things like that on used cars. In fact anything you asked about doing I was reminded it was a used car by Robert in finance! I can only take from this experience that if you are not buying a NEW car you are not a valued customer. Maybe it was because I also didn't finance through them as well!! He pushed that a lot too!!! My goal was to keep the used car down in price so I could get it paid for and then look for a new car. I will thank Robert for helping me make my list shorter on which dealerships to visit when I make that new car purchase!!! I know for a fact that because of this rudeness I have cost them 2 customers and counting!!!
