T-Mobile Complaint - Worst Ever - Nokia 3220 and Calling Plan
I've unfortunately been a customer of Tmobile now since June. I've had four phones replaced and am fighting with them for another. The problem is they now want to charge me for shipping on the faulty phones. At $15.00 dollars a pop and the fact that I average a new phone per month, that is a 21% premium on my calling plan. This just to be able to use said calling plan.
I've gone rounds in their so called "customer support" department, but they are providing no support, whatsoever. You are only provided a replacement model if they have one available, which of course they do not. Thus I am left with the same faulty model over and over again. I'm not only left with a bad phone, but am paying full price per month when only able to use my phone for 3 weeks then paying an extra $15 to have the new phone shipped.
I've written letters, faxes, emails, plus the calls and have never received any help above the robots reading from their customer service scripts. PATHETIC. I have never felt so used in all of my life.
Anytime you feel like you would be ahead by spending $400.00 to be rid of some company, you know you have hit bottom. I'm astonished they stay in business.
PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY THE SATISFACTION OF TAKING YOUR MONEY!!
