TAMPA, FLORIDA -- I needed to book flights from Orlando to San Diego and bring two children back with us on the return flight, plus book unattended minor tickets for their return to San Diego. The times needed to be convenient for busy parents and with no long lay-overs. Kathy Michaels at the Tampa reservations center was kind and patient, working very hard to get everything we needed at the best possible price. We had a great experience and so did the children because of her. Thanks so much.
