T-Mobile - Poor replacement product
Replaced my broken phone with smaller inferior type phone - Complaint
I have been a T-mobile customer for over 3 years. With the slightest change in my account, they extended my obligation for two more years. Now after three years, my phone has gone out and they said they would replace it. They did and it was a much smaller and inferior phone than the one I had paid over 300 dollars for 3 years ago. They said that is the only option they can offer me unless I wanted to upgrade and extend my contract with them another 2 years.
When I asked who I could talk to to see if they could do something other than the policy that they give the telemarketers they have answering the phones, I was told there is no one who can override what they are sending me as a replacement. No where on their web site is an e-mail address to contact someone to complain about their product or service.
