TEXARKANA, ARKANSAS -- Purchased the Banzai inflatable pool #32109ge in June of 2011. At the end of summer we cleaned and let the pool air dry before placing back in box for storage. This year 2012 our first time to reuse the product was 07/20/12 we found out the whole bottom of the pool was dry rotted and material was peeling off. We spent over $300 for this pool. WE are Not happy with this material, brand and company. We will not be recommended this brand to anyone.

Banzai strikes again! terra.wiley, you are not alone, many before you have been duped with poorly built Banzai Inflatable Pool and slide products. They seldom if ever give refunds even when the product is still under warranty. Sometimes if you bought it at a retailer they might work with you. Hope something can be done, $300 is a lot of money for a bunch of dry rot!
