TEXARAKANA, TEXAS -- Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant and we save for special occasions. Our son had given us a certificate and Saturday July 21st we went to the Roadhouse for our special meal.
My Ribeye was very dry and had no flavor.
My meal was adjusted by $10.00 however, that did not help with with fact that we had spent our certificate on a meal that was not good.

That stinks. TX Roadhouse has always been one of our favs too... anytime I mention I am unhappy with the quality of steak (and HAVE NOT EATEN ALL OF IT) they cover it. Perhaps an email to their manager (from their site) would help? Even posting on their Facebook page might end with a better result?

This is one of the problems with mid-level restaurants. I got two certificates from managers on different nights for bad meals at TRH, went back both times and had two more bad experiences.
