Blockbuster Express - Blu Ray Instead of Regular

KINGWOOD, TEXAS -- I rented Sherlock Holmes Game of Shadows from kingwood, TX Randall's. When I returned home the movie would not play at all. When I called about disk she informed me it was a Blu Ray disk; in which I do not have a player for. The kiosk did not say it was a Blu Ray movie anywhere! I then returned to kiosk to check to see if I accidentally picked Blu Ray instead of regular disk and nowhere on the menu did it have this movie in a Blu Ray option! The ONLY one was the regular disk... So now, I'm out money on a movie that was probably loaded incorrectly! See if I ever use Blockbuster kiosk again!

Red Box is pretty adamant about warning you you're getting a Blu_Ray. I'm surprised Blockbuster isn't the same way...
