MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- This place is horrible if you need anything worked on. The counter guys are rude and seem to be in some sort of deep depression. They are extremely slow when doing anything. I took my truck in for an oil change and asked how long because I was going to get a ride back home. Everyone behind the counter said about an hour. Five, yes five hours later I finally left that damn place.
He said they were backed up today and sorry. I'm sorry I wasted five hours sitting there for a damn oil change. Went back because the truck was still under warranty for a different problem and the service manager said I was costing him too much money to have the part replaced. IT'S UNDER WARRANTY! !!! and they still didn't want to fix it.
I will NEVER go there for anything. I now go to a Dodge dealership 45 minutes away cause they actually want your business. If you need anything Dodge go to Solomon Dodge in Brownsville Pa. It's worth the ride.
