TOPEKA, KANSAS -- CDMA networks are dead tech for a reason, they can not handle big network loads, and can't do simultaneous broadcasts (phone and data). Aside from that, Sprint digs the hole even deeper by providing even worse customer care then their network. Their partnership with Asurion and Assurent are straight criminal. Providing insurance to customers without proper licencing? Writing it off as a "program", call assurent or assurion and hear what they say "INSURANCE" I waited over 2 months for my replacement. Ended up cancelling it entirely. If I could give 0's I would, not just for all prior complaints but for the fact that their devices come shipped with so much unneeded crap that you might as well use a phone from 3 years ago. Every one needs to go the Euro way and de-centralize the mobile industry. There is no such thing as contracts(voluntary), or locked phones. Buy your phone and use it every where you want because you can switch with no prior permission from carrier. Use any phone with any company.
I regret all 5 years of service with Sprint, I think thats plenty of time to gain a valid perspective on their business processes...not to mention I worked at one of their call centers for a brief time...just don't do it. go prepaid and save you self from the decrepit money machine.
