FLORIDA -- My new Kenmore washer was making strange noises. Service guy(Keith)was very prompt and on time. He demonstrated how the washer works. Noise it was making is normal part of agitation. He also helped me with a dryer problem which he didn't have to. Thank You Keith for looking into it though.
