IOWA, NEBRASKA -- I called for service talked to [snip] service manager about getting my car serviced. I was told we are no longer doing service with you, then he hung up. I called back, to find out why. I was told that me and my mother said some things to him and some other person that works there. I or my mom did not do such a thing, he is making up things, and I believe I know why.

They could never get my car fixed right no matter, what parts they put on it, the parts were defective so my car was at the shop all the time. [snip] and [snip] service manager, told me that if I take car somewhere else besides their place, my warranty's would expire.[snip]had been rude to me since he came there. Thats ok, they don't need customers, they don't know how to fix cars right, and the customer service sucks.

I will never buy any Kia again, after beaing sold a lemon, and having an upside down loan that is another mess they got me in. You are a crooked co. looking to jack everyone.

First of all I would contact Kia's district representative and explain the situation. Somehow, I feel the dealer will have a different take on this post.

I understand there are some issues here that if I were involved would make me go to another dealer, but in what way is the dealer resposible for the upside down loan?
