Sprint - No Service, No Help
Sprint Samsung Telephone - Complaint
LANCASTER -- Last November I signed up for Sprint/Samsung telephone (2). These devices have each failed, and after numerous attempted "fixes" Sprint just says that I need to get another phone with a $35 service charge. I am afriad that this will continue, and that the warranty will be up after a year and I'll have to purchase two more telephones.
The drill is this: I bring the phone in, wait 1-2 hours, they "fix it" and it promptly fails. After repeating the drill several times, they tell me that I have to order a new phone. Many trips to the Sprint store, no service, no help. What can I do?
