Whirlpool Washer Wfw9050xw00 Breaks Right After Warranty Is Up
SEVERN, MARYLAND -- The washer tub bearings are broke and only after 15 months the only way to fix the issue is to replace the whole outer tub $396. Whirlpool customerservice says we have to pay $70 for a repair man to diagnose it and they might help with the parts. If they don't we're out $70.
The first six people we talked to were no help whatsoever. It's obvious that Whirlpool does not care about their product or their consumers they're just out for the dollar. If I were Lowes I would stop selling their products because like the many and many other posts on here this piece of junk washer also came from Lowes.
Their reputation is going to go down hill being associated with poor products.
