Travelocity - Screwed Up My Return Flight
I had booked a trip for my family and I to go to the Caribbean through the website. I could not go with them on the day I had booked so I called customer service to change my flight for the following day. I thought everything was fine until I got an email with my new itenarary which also says my return flight is now also changed.
I never told the guy to change my return flight. I called back and told them their mistake and was told they will have to check the recording and to call back 72 hours. Called back and still no resolution. This all started on June 30. It is now July 26 with no resolution. I will never do business with them again.
