AHOSKIE, NORTH CAROLINA -- After rec'ing our order greatly altered, leaving out several ingredientS (3) that we paid for & filled the missing ingredients w/the cheaper, less desirable white rice & not saying anything to us so that we might make a decision on whether we wanted the substitution or NOT. So we were greatly disappointed when we got home & discovered all this. Later the next day, we went to speak to the mgr about it & ask when were they expecting to refresh their supplies (NEVER, EVER had to, or think it would be a necessity prior to ordering.). According to the mgr, they hadn't run out of the ingredientS that were left out of the Cantina Bowl & admitted that it was made wrong. According to the mgr, It couldn't be made right because it needed to be brought back in 5 hours earlier (originally it was for lunch, our return was for dinner the next day), receipt (who keeps their fast food receipt after you receive your order) & they wanted to see the rest of the bowl (what difference would that make, if we were so inclined, [they have never seen us in there returning before, maybe buying], we could pick out what we said they never put in in the 1st place).
How's that for customer relations!!!???? Penny smart, Dollar stupid.
Left there again unsatisfied & without purchasing anything else & we haven't returned. Penny smart, Dollar stupid. Too many choices to deal w/Penny smart, Dollar stupid people/companies.
