Charter Communications - Approaching 3 Months & 20 Calls and My Cable Is Still Not Buried!

APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA -- Where to begin? While I'm happy with the programming, and the internet speed, I am LIVID with how Charter has supported me. I have a new home and at time of installation no landscaping had been done to the property (perfect time for Charter to bury my cable line). I've placed about 20 phone calls to get the cable buried before the landscapers did their job and after waiting more than a month the landscapers finally couldn't put us off any longer.
It's now approaching 3 months and I still have an exposed cable sitting in a big ugly pile, running across my driveway and around the house. They blew off my last scheduled appointment without so much as a phone call, and I've placed two calls with them since, and haven't gotten a new scheduled appointment.
