SCHERERVILLE, INDIANA -- When purchasing our leather sectional recently, our salesperson failed to tell us that we had 3 days to report any damage during delivery. The delivery men did not speak English and were extremely careless with the handling. Got the sofa sectional which was wrapped very well during transit. They placed the furniture on it's side to put on the legs and then just pushed it over instead of carefully placing it back on the hardwood floor.
One section actually started to fall over onto my dining room table and I had to run over to steady it before it was noticed. Because of the way this was done a small piece of the leather has a tear at the bottom where it was resting on it's side. Customer service was very rude and when I asked to talk to her supervisor she was worse.
