KING OF PRUSSIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Maaco franchising is a joke. I had a Maaco for a couple of years. I have never experienced a group of self promoting, incompetent, blameless people anywhere. This group of pompous windbags watch you lose all you've worked for in life with absolutely no shame. As you are working 14-16 hours a day they are working 9-5 and can not be bothered to return a phone call. When you lose it all they just keep going. Maaco franchising the kings of incompetence. They are so bad it would be funny if you weren't the one losing everything.

I owned a Maaco for a while. The company tries to treat you as if you were an assistant manager of a company owned store. The have no expertise and no respect for franchisees. If you are foolish enough to buy into Maaco / Driven Brands be prepared for a lawsuit. Once you are in and losing all you have to their failed, outdated system, their collections department will be all over you. Who cares that you are failing in a business they sold you, they will be on you like MOB enforcers. Buying Maaco, absolute nightmare.
