CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT AFTER USING ORBITZ.COM
I recently booked a flight through Orbitz.com, I got a confirmation in the mail that my credit card transaction was successfully completed. 2 days later my bank statement reflected a totally different amount (~$53 extra). I emailed customer service and followed up with a phone call in order to rectify this discrepancy....but in vain. They failed to assist me with that and claimed it was out of their hand, since their system states the original grand total. So they suggested I call TD bank or United Airlines to resolve this problem.
I have to admit that I haven't used ORBITZ for the past 3-4 years and was really disappointed with their poor service...
