Red Lobster Complaint - Snow crab legs are usually soggy
GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN -- Let's start off be beginning that I have been a steady customer of Red Lobster for the past 22 years plus. My age is 48. As a practical ritual, when I dine there, I order the "Ultimate Feast" For the past 22 years, Red Lobster has had NO problem with allowing me to substitute another lobster tail in lieu of the crab legs. Never was a reason "WHY" asked. But that was until recently... now they seem to have raised the price of the lobster tail verses the crab legs. For years the price was the same so therefore an even exchange was no problem. Recently they have raised the price of the tails to be $1.50 more than the legs. Again, I have no problem in paying the difference. Allow me to explain my dilemma. If I want to order an EXTRA tail, the price is $8.50. NOW, all of a sudden if I want to SUBSTITUTE the legs for another tail, the charge is a whopping $8 extra and I do not even get the crab legs. BUT..... there still is ONLY a $1.50 difference in price. How is that for customer satisfaction ??!!! I do not find SOGGY crab legs appealing !!! So, please tell me, I take it you are still with me... am I the ONLY person with this complaint? Please write to me @ firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know. I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
