Amazon - Immediate and easy resolution of Kindle problem

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- I'm a huge fan of Amazon and had never had a problem with them, gifts sent to others show up on time, pre-ordered books show up on time, and think they have one of the best and easiest websites around. The charger to my Kindle never fit well, was too loose and would slide out of the Kindle, and it got so I had to brace the thing with my finger to make contact. Fed up I tried Amazon's online support chat, received credit and was sent brand new charger cord, no worries, no fuss. Way to go Amazon!, a little immediate problem solving goes a long way in developing and keeping customer loyalty. Pity other companies don't follow this example and solve customer problems without jerking them around or trying to sell them something.
