Lowes - No Communication
Range - Complaint
PEORIA, ARIZONA -- I purchased a range on July 13th. It was delivered on July 14th with a broken handle. I was told it would be replaced the 15th. Later that day I was told they had no more stoves and it would be 3 days. It came and went no phone call. Speaking to Dallas the store manager was useless. I am finally told we will have a range at our door on the 27th. I said ok anytime after 2 P.M. I got a call the morning of the 27th they will be here between 10:30 and 12:30. I explained I would not be available until 2 P.M. as I had already done the day before. It is now 3:00 P.M. I have spoken with Richard in appliances, another useless individual. I asked him to call me back when he spoke with his delivery driver. Oh wait, there's my phone 45 min. later. Oh driver stopped for gas (guess they don't fuel trucks in the morning at Lowes before they start deliveries). I'm his next stop he will give me a call FAMOUS LAST WORDS OF THE MORONS AT LOWES. I will never shop at Lowes again. HOW HARD IS IT TO COMMINICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER?
