Reliacard - No Help for Me

BRIGHTON, MICHIGAN -- I have used my relaicard successfully for years. Recently I made a mistake and overdrafted my account and had a deficit. My deficit was paid off and was granted access to my account. I used the card for a couple months, paying bills etc. Now they say they forgot to take out a fee and I can't access my funds.
I called customer services everyday and was told to wait 3 business days. Also I talked to several supervisors and was told they would excelerate the process. 5 business days later still no access. I am willing to pay my fees if I owe them, but push the button.
The card say I have money but I can't use it because of Reliacard. When I checked my card and heard the dollar amount I spent my cash and now I am screwed with my bills
