Walmart Online - Walmart Doesn't Care About Its Customers and Resolving a Problem
Pick Up From Store
LIZELLA, GEORGIA -- I made a purchase from Walmart on line. It was pick up at the store the next morning. When it was time for pick up they sent me a email saying my order was canceled by Walmart because they made a mistake the item wasn't there. I can move past a mistake but they're still holding my money which is theft when you take money for a item you don't have.
I've spent over 24 hrs on the phone with Walmart customer service which are inconsiderate, unprofessional and just want you off the phone. This is unacceptable. Customers are the reason Walmart is here. You need to help and appreciate customers after all without them you would be like Roses or the Dollar Stores.
I wrote this to try to get the point across. Sorry if I offended anybody.
