Capital One - Never Again
Mastercard Account - Complaint
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- I will never again have a Capital One credit card. As a customer for over 30 years, I have never been treated as poorly as I was today, August 1, 2012. I made an online payment to Capital One in July. Capital One returned the payment to my bank because they couldn't find the account. Never had a problem finding it before!
They put a hold on my account and when I called to ask it to be removed because it was their fault, they refused. Of course all problems with Capital One are complicated by the fact that you must first explain the problem to someone in India who only understands the scripts they are given and you must ask to be directed to someone in the United States. Never Again!
