Paytel Communications - Horrible, thieves. Will not refund your money, autodraft it and fee you to death

Almost a month and still no refund. I had a little less than 10.00 on the account when my family member left the jail. Paytel calls you EVERY single day multiple times if your account falls below 10.00 it is beyond aggravating. Then they want your bank info, and now I know why. They auto drafted my account another 28.00 and REFUSED to reverse it after calls and emails etc.. I am just going to dispute all the charges with my bank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! RUDE!!!!!!!RUDE RUDE

Sorry you feel this way, after investigating your account 678-387-XXXX, we determined that you set up the account to receive the calls and you chose to set up the AUTOPayTel. This is a feature that will allow your account to have available funds at all times. When setting up the AUTOPayTel, you chose that when your account only had $10.00 or less available that the system would make a payment of $25.00 (your choice also). This is a feature that is not automatically assigned to an account; you set this as your preferred payment method. We do not store credit card information unless this feature has been assigned to an account.
We did receive a request for a refund for your account and processed the refund back to the credit card ending in # 1176 for $2.51 and $28.00. These funds will be available within 2-3 business days on this card.
