Simmons - Poor Craftsmanship

I bought a Simmons rocker/recliner after sitting on the display in the furniture store. After getting it home and removing the plastic cover I noticed the right arm over padded with a concave look while the left arm had way less padding and the front of the left arm sagged, when I sat down the seat felt hard as if I was sitting on a padded cement block. the furniture store was wonderful taking it back. It also had little plastic pieces that went to each leg that quickly came off. I bought a Lane rocker recliner made in America.
