21st Century Auto Group - Bad- Good

SPRINGFIELD -- I have had so many bad experiences with several dealerships in the past 8 months. I purchased an Audi SUV from a DCH dealership and boy was that a mistake. The vehicle was pre-owned but they told me everything was working great, a week later my transmission ended up overheating on a family trip. BIG MISTAKE!

I went to the 21 Century dealership because a close family friend had recommended it to me. They told me their experience with their vehicle and the staff was exceptional and I took their word for it.
Our sales representative was Arthur H. Within the first several minutes,

I was pleased with the manner in which this gentleman handled our sale. Arthur was very professional, enthusiastic and after explaining my previous situation with the Audi, he suggested a vehicle and promised the dealership stood behind what they sold. This time, I test drove the car and asked everything about it before I purchased. I brought my mechanic along with me and he took a quick look at the more mechanic details and told me the vehicle was really well maintained and taken care of.

Overall, my family and I are very happy with our new BMW SUV and above all, impressed and very pleased with the service we received. We have not had a problem with this car and would highly recommend this dealership to others. Thank you 21 Auto Group!

I really appreciate this review. I was looking at several sites and really felt that people were very negative about their experience with this dealership.

I purchased my car from a salesman named Anthony about two and half weeks ago and honestly felt like this dealership met all of my expectations. Sure, the process took a while to finally close but between that, they tried to work with my credit and got me the best price possible on my car.

As far as the representatives go, Anthony was really nice and took the time to explain everything to me, that was comforting.

Anyways its nice to see someone else had a positive experience with these guys, thank you.

21 had a great variety of cars! At first glance, I thought they would all be luxury vehicles but they also have very affordable brands like Toyota and Honda. I found my car at this dealership, it took me about a week to finally seal the deal because I wasn’t sure if the vehicle suited all of my needs but now that I have it, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I was recommended this dealership by a friend who purchased with this group, so I trusted their service would be on par and…I was right! The sales team was excellent, they showed their customers were priority and were very friendly. I didn’t feel rushed to buy and as mentioned, worked with Andre my sales rep for almost a week before finally deciding to buy. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation, not only because of the fantastic prices they have but also because I trust their staff and was really pleased with my entire experience.
