Good Feet Store - Buyer Beware
Arch Supports/inserts - Complaint
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- All I can say is I spent almost one thousand dollars and did not realize that they have a NO REFUND/NO RETURN policy whether their product is helpful or not. I tried several times to get my problem addressed but the only thing they are willing to do is have you keep coming back and trying to have them readjust the supports. The salespeople are not trained and not one person in the company is a podiatrist or have real knowledge about what they are selling you.
I believe that if a company truly believes in their product and you decide within a week that you do not want the product, you should be given a refund. I found out later from a friend that I could go to a podiatrist and get a customized fit for about five hundred dollars so talk about a rip-off! I wish now I had only spent the forty-nine dollars for Dr. Scholl"s inserts/supports so if I never used them again I would not feel as bad as I do after going to the Good Feet Store.
