Long John Silver's - Poor Service

ANNISTON, ALABAMA -- I usually come here to get my lunch on my way to work but on my last visit it took so long for me to get my order that I decided not to waste my time to be in line for so long so it has been awhile since my last visit but this day I could not resist thinking maybe things had gotten better. Boy was I wrong. The service was awful and when I got ready to eat my lunch at work the food was awful.

The fish was too hard to eat and it tasted burnt. When I used to get there to pick up my lunch I got fast and great service. It was like the employees already knew that I was outside and when I entered the door they knew what I wanted. This time it took at least 45 minutes for me to get my order and at least five minutes to get my order taken.

I regret coming back but I just had the taste for the cod on special. I feel that I wasted my time and my money and I will not be returning as a customer. All of the friendly familiar faces are gone. Is there any way that you can get them back because it makes a difference when there are smiling faces to greet customers with concern and compassion.

I discovered that in the vast majority of cases, giving eateries of this class a second chance after discovering a pattern of issues is a mistake and ends in disappointment. Been there - it isn't pretty.
