Arby's - Incomplete order

PORTLAND, OREGON -- August 2nd, 2 days ago, I stopped at Arby's drive thru to order one crispy
chicken cordon bleu with Arby sauce and a small Coke. When I drove to the window to pay, I verified my order, and mentioned please remember the sauce as I had stopped a month earlier, and when I arrived home, the red sauce was missing. This time, when I got home, no red sauce was there and the drink was also missing, which really upset me.
I did respond to the survey which was I think should make a few additions to make it easier. Some of the questions specify Press ! 0r2, and a few, if I remember correctly are voice responses. It is upsetting to hear "no response' when you think you have given one.
I do enjoy your chicken sandwich and hope to continue driving out to get one about once a month. Some months ago I was told you were taking it off your menu which was very upsetting tome, as it is one of my favorite treats!
