Levitz Furniture Corporation Complaint - What can we do People? Class action suit?
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- I have had the same problems as others on this board have discussed. Poor service, horrible quality, lengthy delivery times with multiple postponements. Waiting months for a refund. I even wrote to the CEO and wa eventually called by a customer service rep who told me that they don't bother the CEO with letters from customers with complaints. This company obviously does not care about customer service or quality. My question is what can we do about this? Email me with any ideas:
