Hanig & Co - Replace watch

PRINEVILLE, OREGON -- My mother has one of your watches and sent it in the first of the year according with your warranty and also she has written to you about getting it replaced or fixed and so far she hasn't heard a thing. It would be nice it you would let people know what is going on or if we could find a phone number to call regarding items sent to you. She doesn't have e-mail or a computer to look thing us so I'm doing this for her.

In 5 minutes of searching on the internet, I found few references to "Hanig". Just a few pieces of cheap looking Chinese stuff, and a similar complaint on this site from 2001 (!). My guess is you aren't going to hear from this company, but good luck.

Since I have written regarding Hanig & Co my mother still hasn't heard from them regarding the watch which was for my brother who is blind. It would be nice if they stood behind their product and send a replacement.
