Jetblue' S Attendant Jason Very Rude
Airline Service - Complaint
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- On Friday August 3, 2012 I was on a Jetblue flight from NY to Florida. The flight was delayed twice - once on the tarmac as passengers were kicked off for refusing to turn off their cellphones. Having left my cellphone home accidentally, I asked an in-flight crew member if I could borrow a phone to inform the persons picking me up that I would be about 2 hours late. The other attendant in the front of the plane warned passengers to get back to their seats and requested to speak with me on the service phone since I was still standing in the back with Jason. He gave me the phone stating I may be kicked off next. I quickly told him to forget the phone call as i put down the phone to rush back to my seat. During the flight Jason refused to serve me or collect my trash and even old me he would not serve me - I should ask someone else. He covered his name tag with what looked like a paper tucked in the pocket below. I had to get his name from another flight attendant at the end of the flight. This next flight attendant told me Jason had said I left the phone dangling. Even if the phone accidentally fell when I put it down in my hurry to go back to my seat- it does not give him the right to carry out a personal vendetta and to display his high level of unprofessionalism throughout the flight. I have had acceptable experience with Jetblue before this incident, but will will think a second time about booking Jetblue for future trips.
