ALL/ ONLINE -- I know these are the clothes that my daughter wants but I am done! This company does not care and it is terrible when it comes to customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE. They are over priced and people should not go there. We are done!

This store is over the top in terms of their abominable customer service and the exceedingly small size of their employess brains. I will NEVER shop there again. And I will throw a party when this behemoth of a corporation crumbles due to their gross incompetence of all things sales and service related. I swear the CEO may well be 14 years old.
