Electrolux - You Are Kidding
MELBOURNE, MISSISSIPPI -- Refrigerators purchased through Harvey Norman in April 2012. Delivered with pock marked door which doesn't close properly. Complained to Harvey Norman and was advised door would be replaced within 4 weeks. Electrolux the lead me on the wildest of goose chases where they have committed to have the door, then next time I call the door still hasn't arrived. I have made 7 appointments with Electrolux to be home and have had 7 days off work all to no avail...no call. The last occasion, I actually called them at 9am after the appointment was made for 8am. The girl actually laughed and said I was being put last on the list because I had called so many times. The technician will be out sometime in the PM. I asked to confirm that as I still had the opportunity to return to work, they promised and promised and all to no avail...no tEcho AGAIN. So I called Harvey Norman to say I'd had enough and wanted a refund. They claim that I only had 30 days to cool off and the fact that I had complained in the 30 days was not enough so I am now left in limbo with Fridge that I paid $1500 for which I can't use. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and Harvey Norman isn't much better. Off to VCAAT to subpoena the CEO to see if this creates some interest in providing me service.
