Don't Use AAA- Worst at Paying Homeowners Claims

CALIFORNIA -- I used to be a die hard AAA customer but after we had a flood in our home due to a pipe leak in our bathroom I was absolutely shocked at their handling of the claim. Not only are they unresponsive and unorganized but all of their contractors that they have sent out have seemed to make things worse.
We have been out of our home for over 4 months and they haven't even started the repairs...which just seem to keep growing because each person that does come out seems to damage the house more. AAA doesn't return phone calls promptly, if ever, they don't manage their vendors and they don't take care of their customers.
Think twice before you sign up with them!
