GRAHAM, WASHINGTON -- This is a condensed version of a letter I recently sent to the Attorney General. If you are thinking of buying from this company, YOU SHOULD READ THIS!

Dear Attorney General,

I purchased three sets of toothbrushes which included free replacement bushes every two months. Shipping was S8.65. My order came and so did the first shipment of replacement brushes. After that, it went down hill. My second shipment of replacement brushes were supposed to be shipped August 28th, credit card charged for shipping. Trying to check into why I didn't receive the shipment, I was told it was shipped to a wrong address. I asked them why my June shipment came, no response. Was told it would reship and should receive it within 7-10 days. That was October 4th. October 19th, no brushes. Called again and was told the order never shipped and that they WILL go out and that I should receive them in 7-10 days. An October 30th call had the same results except I was transferred to a supervisor. It was actually a voicemail, so I left a message. November 6th came and so did another call. Story was the brushes had been sent and should come by November 9th. Well November 9th came and so did another call. This time I was told the brushes had not been sent, warehouse problems. I received an apology and transferred to a supervisor, a mail box that was full. Called back November 13th, 14th, 16th and 19th. On all four occasions, I was told four different stories. I have been lied every call. I have been promised that I would receive a full refund for everything if I did not receive the brushes by November 24th. Today it is the 28th. I have had no call back, received no brushes that I have paid for, no refund, nothing!! Supervisors are present and refuse to talk to you. There is no way to physically talk with a human being that has any authority. They are still advertising for new customers, yet are unwilling to take care of their existing customers, ones they charge $8.65 for free brush replacement.

We too have purchased a Cybersonic toothbrush system. They specify in their TV ad that the cost is a certain amount,payable in(5)Credit Card installments. We have been charged on our credit card (7) times. I have called them repeated only to hang on hold for up to (50) minutes to talk with one of their representives, only to be promised that the payment would be returned. To this date nothing has been repaid. I have however been given a direct phone number to a supervisor whom I too also call and was told that the payment would be returned. Still nothing. This supervisor was very upset that I had received this phone number. Too bad. Don't Buy From This Company!!!!
