PUNE, MASSACHUSETTS -- Hello, I am kartik kisan kondalkar, owner of noKia C2-03 handset(black).
IMEI Number-35932704666741.
Invoice number-120007707
purchase shop addres-shop no.4,Arrora tower,9 moledina road, opp adidas showroom , MG ROAD PUNE-411001.
Purchase date-27/12/11.
The problem with my handset is, its touchpad has stop working, there was no damage caused to the screen. i am facing this problem from past 3 months. Touch pad works on its mood. I hav visited almost every noKia care center in pune, and have got the same ans. .Every care center is short of noKia C2-03 's touchpad. No one is teling me the exact date when the touchpad wil be available.. I heartly request you to look in the matter and get my mobile problem fix by changing my handset. Or else unfortunately I wil have to refer the higher command, and may also have to log complaint against noKia for suppliying the faulty devices and not responding to customers complaint. So I master kartik kisan kondalkar heartly request you to get my handset problem fixed by changing my handset. thank you.
