HOUSTON, TEXAS -- (the Avis at Hobby Airport)

Left my personal GPS on the windshield when I returned car. Notified them within a half hour. No response. Called next day, no response, called again, lost & found, talked to Julie, not helpful at all & did not call back. Finally called a corp. number, they didn't call me back. Now I'm mad, called again, they had Julie call me back after I said I didn't want to talk to Julie. Julie said "after this long of a time, I don't know if we can do anything?" REALLY? At least this time she TRIED to be helpful, finally ended up with "you signed a contract & we are not responsible." I know the person who cleaned the car up took the GPS, but Julie said no, they didn't see it, I must have left it somewhere else??? REALLY? (I used it to get me back to their place.)
