Sprint - Worst Worst Worst Carrier Ever!!!!
Customer Service in Store and on the Phone - Complaint
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I have had the worst customer service with Sprint Reps. None of them seem to fully answer your question. I went to a Sprint store to ask specs on a phone and the representative did not know anything on it. He kept going on line to look for information. I asked him question on plans he would just read the booklet!
The next day I decided to try a different location and they try to send me away to another location because in 20 minutes they were about to close. Over the phone the representative told me they had the phone that I was looking for and she would help me out by waiving the shipping fee, so I went ahead with the process. Towards the end of our call she states there is no activation fee, phone is free, and shipping is free.
I was like what do you mean phone is free this is an expensive phone? Well she was trying to send a totally different phone when she told me she had the specific phone I was looking for!!!!! And when trying to get help from the supervisors, they where laughing, giggling on the phone and not even offering a solution to a person who wants to join Sprint. This was just a glimpse of what I would experience if I signed up with Sprint.
