MASSACHUSETTS -- I bought a BoosT Mobile phone at Radio Shack and 1 year later the phone is obsolete because Boost is no longer activating phones with Sim cards. I paid $80 for a phone which can't be used any longer. Shame on you Boost and shame on Radio Shack for selling these phones. I should at least receive a credit from Radio Shack.

Did you contact Boost to see what they can do for you? Technically it's their service that has disappointed you, not Radio Shack. They may offer you a free phone to continue service with them, or at least a deep discount on a new phone. I would recommend contacting them through their website instead of calling or going to a branch though.
