Dish network - Terrible service. Terrible phone staff.
DEARBORN, MICHIGAN -- Terrible service and phone staff are rude, not well trained, never call back. 8 months ago I called Dish Network customer service to ask about their cable packages. At the time, I had international cable only. The prices were expensive so I decided to cancel the service. The representative I spoke to convinced me to put the account on hold for six months as I was planning to move, that way I would save reinstallation fees. I accepted and six months later, what I saw was a bill three times the amount I paid prior to holding the account. I called very upset, they claimed I had a completely different service! I wanted to cancel. They never sent cancellation package, and my bill doubled the following month! So I called the executive department, spoke with a d Perez, who falsified what I said, indirectly calling me a lier. The biggest problem was they wouldn't cancel my service and they wouldn't adjust that crazy bill!!!! They billed me for made up services! After calling over and over, a representative Lisa helped wave these fees, but catch was to stay with the service. She had an attitude, speaking down at me. I hate this company! I went to medical school to deal with incompetent staff!!!!
