Sprint has turned their back on me
HTC EVO 4G LTE / Phone service - Complaint
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I was a Sprint customer back in 2010 and left due to connectivity
issues (paying the ETF because I was offered no alternative or
solution). Since Sprint "launched" LTE in Atlanta, I have decided to
give it another shot. Long story short, the connection issues are still
terrible and I have had no LTE experience thus far. Dropped call after dropped call. I have gone through the traditional process of calling, troublshooting, speaking to managers, was told to go to a Sprint repair store, the store told me they "couldn't do a thing for me" and spent almost 2 hours on the phone yesterday(in the store in front of prospective customers as my phone continues to drop calls and I needed the landline). The latest I have been told is that they will open another new ticket and call me back in TEN DAYS(after a ticket I waited 5 days to hear back on that never was actually looked into). This has been going on since around the 15th of July. I have already lost a customer due to my phone being embarrassingly inconsistent and in my fiend(medical sales) that amounts to a large amount of money. At this point, I have resorted to using a prepaid phone I purchased that has MUCH BETTER call quality than my new "super phone".
