AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I ordered this product online. As a repeat customer I thought everything was fine. They asked for proof of eligibility which I submitted promptly. The product never came. When I inquired I found out they never processed my proof and couldn't find it. When I re-submitted it (with confirmation) they claimed the product was no longer available and tried to sell me a much more expensive version.
