Peruzzi Collision - Poor customer service

FAIRLESS HILLS, PENNSYLVANIA -- Peruzzi collision manager said if I bring it in on Monday the next day Tuesday it would be finished he said he would call me. he never called so Thursday I called and he said it would be ready late Friday when I called late Friday he said it would not be ready because the paint had to cure. Monday came and we were away Peruzzi collision called and said we could pick it up Monday in the afternoon and he said it will be detailed and cleaned in inside. Tuesday a week later we went to pick the Outlander up late in the afternoon and I asked the manager why all the dead bugs are on the car and he said all we do is wash the car and I said you said detailed not washed I guess when he washes his own car he leaves all the dead bugs on it. not once did Peruzzi call us to give us a update on our vehicle we had to do all the calls Peruzzi has very poor customer relations and will never take a car to them again as far as I am concerned four in my family will not do any business with them again.
