Foot Locker / Refusal to refund even with reciept

HAPPY VALLEY, OREGON -- There was a sale on Shoes at the Clackamas Mall Foot Locker here in Oregon.
I came in they didn't have my size so they ordered the shoes from another store.
I wait a week and 2 days. I get a call from UPS. they say they can't deliver the shoes to the store because the shipping info was incorrect and they need a suite number. (FOOT LOCKERS MISTAKE).
I call the store. The manager says you can go get them at the UPS main hub (25min away)!!!!! GAS MONEY!!! So I call back and say I want a refund then. They refuse and say that all they can do is reorder and make me wait another week or I can spend my gas money on going and getting the shoes from the UPS main hub. REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND? I have my receipt.

Anyway I gave up and went down to the UPS hub and got the stupid shoes.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FOOT LOCKER AGAIN AND I WILL WRITE BAD REVIEWS ON EVERY PAGE I CAN ON THE WEB. They should have given me a refund. I hope they go out of business.
