Dish Network - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER GET DISH
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I activated my service after a year or so. on call, a guy gave me a good price as I told them I am getting good deal on cable so I have to go where I get a good price. Next day when I felt there was one channel missing and when I called them, it went straight to Philippines and after providing all the information, customer representative told me that we didn't add the right package and will charge you for switching the package and I asked, Its not my fault, its mistake from you so why I have to pay. However, he said, don't play a blame game, I felt he was very rude so I ask for his manager.
Manager came, told her whole story, and she was oh I apologize. I felt good that at least she understand and when I asked how much is my bill and she mentioned the price which was far more then I thought and I asked the reason. All the deal that I got during activation were gone and erased and I left with nothing. I asked for the deal that I got from them a day before and they said, We not sure how much was it so Sorry. Take my advise, never, ever, never get service from them. they are terrible. Its not about bill adjustment, Its like they too Rude and You can't trust them. what they say yesterday, you can't prove it even next day so STAY AWAY
